How do I return an item?

General Returns

Didn't order what you wanted? Keep everything in its original packaging and condition and send an email to ticket@rotorvillage.ca for a return Ticket #. Returns without a ticket # will be refused. Returns must be in their original condition, including their packaging. Please submit the ticket within 14 days of purchase. 



Faulty/Defective Products

Please open a support ticket by emailing the following to ticket@rotorvillage.ca

  1. A brief description of the issue
  2. Pictures or video clearly showing the issue
  3. Order # from the original purchase
  4. Original order date

Product suspect of being faulty may need to be shipped back for inspection at the buyers cost.
